As a team member, you will be pivotal in leading our investments in Smart Living and managing investment projects. Your role will involve:
- Identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities
- Leading due diligence and financial analysis processes
- Overseeing transaction structuring and execution
- Managing and optimizing portfolio investments
- Providing strategic guidance and support to portfolio companies
- Collaborating with senior leadership on investment strategy, fundraising and market positioning.
Key Competencies
- Superior analytical and quantitative skills
- Expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction structuring
- Hotel and/or real estate PE is a plus
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-performance, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Dutch and/or French and English
Qualifications
- University degree in Finance or Engineering
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital
- Proven track record of successful investment transactions and portfolio management
- In-depth knowledge of the Belgian and/or French investment landscape and market trends.
