Christophe Florin

In 1998 Christophe co-founded AXA Private Equity, which later became Ardian. For 14 years he helped build the firm from the ground up as a member of its executive and investment committees.

In 2012 he joined the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), one of the world's largest sovereign wealth funds, as Head of Emerging Markets Private Equity. There he sat on the private equity management and investment committees until 2017. Since 2018 he has been a Senior Advisor to Rothschild & Co.

Christophe holds a Master's degree from Sciences Po Paris and an MBA from Université Laval in Quebec. His experience spans building an investment platform, deploying institutional capital across emerging markets and advising at the highest level. He brings that experience to the Fund II Board.
