Colette Plasman
Fund II Board Member
Colette is an experienced executive specialising in strategic governance: how companies are led, overseen and held accountable. It is an area that matters more and more as businesses grow, bring in outside investors and professionalise their boards.
At the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (ULB), she is an academic director and lecturer and sits on the scientific committee, contributing to the education of future business leaders and the direction of the school's programmes. She previously served as a magistrate at the Brussels Enterprise Court, where she saw first-hand the consequences of governance done well, and done badly.
Colette holds several other mandates alongside these roles. For TCD Capital and its portfolio companies, she brings a perspective that combines academic depth, judicial experience and practical board-level insight.
