Evrard de Jonghe

Evrard began his career in the Corporate Finance department of Deloitte Luxembourg, where he spent two years on M&A advisory, business valuation and financial modelling. His clients ranged from venture capital and private equity firms to industrial companies, so he saw transactions from both the investor's and the company's side of the table.

This work gave him a solid grounding in how deals are structured, how companies are valued and how financial models support investment decisions. It also exposed him to a wide variety of sectors and business models.

He has since returned to Brussels to strengthen and grow TCD Capital's activities, where he brings his transaction and valuation experience to the analysis of new opportunities and the support of portfolio companies. Evrard holds a Bachelor's and a Master's in Business Administration from KU Leuven, where he specialised in sustainable and international finance.
