Geoffroy Boonen

Geoffroy combines strategic vision with deep operational experience. Over his career he has worked through buyouts, turnarounds and periods of rapid growth, in both high-tech and industrial sectors and always in international environments.

He began as a senior auditor at Coopers & Lybrand, before spending eight years as EMEA/Asia-Pacific Finance Director at J.D. Edwards in London and Paris. He then became EMEA Area Vice-President at Peregrine Systems in Paris, taking on broader commercial and operational responsibility.

In 2006 he returned to Belgium to lead Procoplast as Managing Director, a role he held for over a decade, before working as an independent advisor. His leadership has been recognised with two Manager of the Year nominations and a nomination for EY Enterprise of the Year. He knows from experience what it takes to run and transform a company, and he brings that to TCD Capital.
