Nicolas Roberti de Winghe

Nicolas began his career at UBS Belgium as a project manager, working on restructuring and other strategic and organisational projects. He then became a sales manager at the bank, where he led several growth initiatives.

He joined TCD Capital in its early days and, over seven years, supported its portfolio companies on governance and growth plans. He worked alongside founders as a sparring partner, helping them structure their ambitions and put the right frameworks in place to reach them.

Nicolas is particularly drawn to understanding business models and how they translate into financial models, where strategy meets numbers. He holds a Master's in Business Science from the Louvain School of Management (UCLouvain).
