Stéphane Verbeeck

Stéphane is an entrepreneur with more than thirty years in real estate and services. In 1990 he founded ACS Quality Cleaning and took the lead of GANDS, a construction project developer he ran as owner and CEO for 30 years until its sale to Triple Living in 2020. Over the same period he built ONE GROUP, sold to GOM in 2010, and he has owned ONE IBERICA in Spain since 2006.

He has kept building: in 2018 he founded YUST, a pioneering coliving concept, and since 2020 he has run his investment company STELINA INVEST.

Stéphane is also a leading voice in the Belgian business community. He has been President of UPSI-BVS, the professional association of the real estate sector, since 2020, and he chaired Voka, the Chamber of Commerce of Antwerp-Waasland from 2013 to 2019.
