Your project. We collect contact details, company and project information, and any documents or links you provide. We use this information to assess an investment or structuring request and reply. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in assessing opportunities.

Investor contact. We collect your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred language, investor profile, country, area of interest and message. We use this information to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, follow up. The legal bases are steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest.

Internship and spontaneous applications. We collect identity and contact details, LinkedIn profile, availability, studies, self-assessed skills and languages, CV and motivation text. We use this information for recruitment. The legal basis is taking steps at the candidate's request before a possible contract. Keeping an application after the selection process relies on the candidate's consent.

Email. When you email info@tcd-capital.com, we receive the content of your message and use it to reply.

Technical data. When you visit the website, technical data such as your IP address and browser data may be recorded in server logs to deliver and secure the site. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

We also process personal data that we do not collect directly from the person concerned: the names, roles, professional biographies and portraits of our team members, non-executive partners and advisors, which they supply or approve, and the names and roles of founders, managers and other people at portfolio companies, taken from company announcements, press articles and other public sources. We use this information to present our team, our portfolio and news about our investments. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in presenting our activities. Anyone named on this website may ask us to correct or remove information about them by writing to info@tcd-capital.com.

The Your project, Investor contact, Internship application and Spontaneous application pages use forms provided by Tally. Information entered in those forms is sent to Tally and made available from there to TCD Capital. The Contact page offers a Google Map that loads only if you choose to show it; Google then receives your IP address and may set cookies. Lovable, our hosting provider, processes technical data, including IP addresses and request logs, to serve and secure the website. These providers receive data only as needed to provide their services. TCD Capital does not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Project submissions and investor enquiries are retained for 12 months after the last contact, unless a relationship follows. Applications are retained until the end of the selection process; with the candidate's agreement, they may be kept for up to 12 months afterwards for future openings. Technical logs are retained according to the hosting provider's standard retention.

Some providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards described in the provider's own documentation, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent where consent applies. You are not obliged to provide personal data. If you do not complete the fields marked as required in a form, we cannot process your request or application. We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing.

We may update this policy when the website, our services or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version.
