The company
Inpulse built an AI platform that automates supply management for restaurant chains. It forecasts sales using factors such as weather, holidays and events, generates supplier orders automatically, digitises inventory and invoicing, and gives managers real-time visibility on margins. Founded in 2018 by two École Centrale Paris graduates, it grew to more than 3,500 restaurants and bakeries across France and Europe.
