The company
myNEO Therapeutics develops off-the-shelf cancer vaccines based on camyotopes, a class of tumour targets it discovered in the non-coding "dark" genome. Because these targets are shared by more than 95% of targeted patients, treatments need no personalisation. Founded in Ghent in 2018 within Novalis Biotech Incubation, it began as an AI-driven immunogenomics company serving tier-1 pharma, partnered with CureVac on mRNA cancer vaccines, and became a therapeutics company in 2023. Its lead programme, CAMYO-01, targets colorectal cancer.
