This website is operated by TheClubDeal Capital Advisors SA, registered office Chaussée de Waterloo 1429, 1180 Brussels, Belgium, enterprise number BE 0647570713 ("TCD Capital"). Contact: info@tcd-capital.com.

The website stores one entry named "tcd-cookie-consent" in your browser's local storage. It records whether you accepted or declined the statistics cookie, and the date. This is not a cookie. It is needed to remember your choice, is kept for six months and is not used to identify you or follow you across websites. The website sets no advertising cookies.

If you select "Accept", Lovable, our hosting provider, records visits to this website for TCD Capital: the pages viewed, the address of the website you came from, your browser type, your language and the country derived from your time zone. For this purpose a cookie named "session-id" is set. It holds a random identifier that groups the pages of one visit, lasts 30 minutes and is renewed while you browse. It is not used for advertising and does not follow you across other websites. If you select "Decline", or make no choice, this cookie is not set and no visit data is recorded. The legal basis is your consent.

The Your project, Investor contact, Internship application and Spontaneous application pages contain forms provided by Tally. Tally's embedded forms may store information in your browser that is needed for a form to work. Information entered into a form is sent to Tally and made available from there to TCD Capital. See Tally's Privacy Policy.

The Contact page offers a Google Map that loads only after you select "Show map". Google receives your IP address and may set cookies when the map loads. You can use the other contact details on the page without loading the map. See Google's Privacy Policy.

You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. You can use your browser settings to inspect, block or delete cookies and local-storage entries. Blocking third-party storage may affect embedded forms or the map. Deleting the notice preference means the cookie notice may appear again. Questions can be sent to info@tcd-capital.com.
