The DNA, values and methodology of the firm remain unchanged. TCD Capital remains a sparring partner for Belgian and French founders looking to grow their companies. How? By leveraging the strength of diverse investors with complementary backgrounds, gathering around founders who can see the value of a Board of Directors as a solution centre rather than a control centre.
TCD Capital is investing out of its second vehicle, TCD CAPITAL II, a Belgian PRICAF/PRIVAK, dedicated to Belgian and French scale-ups. The fund invests in a few additional ventures in Technology (Software & Hardware), Smart Living (Hospitality, Life Trends & Consumer), and Life sciences (MedTech, Digital Health, etc.) to join the existing portfolio companies of TCD CAPITAL I and TCD CAPITAL II.
Out of its Brussels and Antwerp offices, the team of 6 full-time investment professionals, 3 sector specialised advisors, 10 non-executive partners and 100+ limited partners take their role of value-added investors (‘smart money’) at heart.
